Upon your arrival in Beijing, our professional guide will be waiting for you at the airport. You will be transferred comfortably by private vehicle to your hotel in the city center. After check-in, take some time to rest and adjust to the time difference. If you're eager to explore your surroundings, our guide will provide practical suggestions.
As an international aviation hub, Beijing has direct flights connecting to many cities around the world. In addition, you can also choose to take the high-speed rail to reach downtown Beijing. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city by taking the Airport Express, and the cost is about RMB 35-50 per person. The airport bus takes about 60-90 minutes and costs 40 yuan per person; taxis or online car-hailing take about 60-90 minutes and cost about 300 yuan (depending on the type of car).
At the same time, Beijing Airport is adjacent to various cities in China. For example, it only takes about 2.5 hours from Daxing Airport to major cities such as Shanghai, Xi'an, Guangzhou, and Chengdu.
Tiananmen Square: Start your day at Tiananmen Square, one of the world's largest public squares, rich in history.
Forbidden City: Next, visit the magnificent Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Summer Palace: End your day at the Summer Palace, known for its beautiful gardens and stunning lakes.
Evening Option:
In the evening, you may choose to enjoy a captivating performance of Peking Opera, a kung fu show, or acrobatics, immersing yourself in the charm of traditional Chinese culture. Performances usually run from 19:15 to 20:15.
Mutianyu Great Wall: After breakfast, head to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. Enjoy breathtaking views as you walk along this historic structure.
You will take an easy cable car up to the Great Wall. Next you will climb up to the city tower overlooking the majestic Great Wall, which will surely make your stay unforgettable. After the Great Wall tour, we will take the cable car down the mountain.
(Note: If you are physically fit, you can also choose to hike up and down the mountain to feel the sense of accomplishment of climbing to the top).
Olympic Sites: On your return to Beijing, take a moment to admire the Bird's Nest (National Stadium) and Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) from the outside, marveling at their unique designs.
You can choose foot massage, houhai night bars or Sanlitun bar street at night.
Morning:Take China’s fastest bullet train to Jinan (approx. 1–1.5 hours). Upon arrival, your guide and driver will greet you. After lunch, visit Baotu Spring, known as “the Number One Spring under Heaven.” Admire its three-jet spring pool and visit the memorial hall of poetess Li Qingzhao.
Afternoon:Heading to Black Tiger Spring, where water gushes from a tiger-shaped spout in the plaza—perfect for tasting fresh spring water and experiencing local life (0.5–1 hour). Spend the night in Jinan.
Take the high-speed train to Qufu. In the morning, explore the Confucius Temple, a tribute site starting from 478 BCE with halls, pavilions, and a layout echoing the Forbidden City.
In the afternoon, visit the Confucius Cemetery (Konglin)—his family’s burial ground—delving into the cradle of Confucianism.
Travel to Mount Tai, one of China’s Five Great Mountains and a historic pilgrimage site. Walk sacred paths where emperors offered ceremonies for millennia. Enjoy breathtaking views and learn about Taoist and Buddhist traditions. Overnight in Tai’an.
Head to Qingdao. Arriving in the seaside city, your first stop is the Tsingtao Beer Museum. Learn about beer’s origins, early fermentation tanks, and historic generators. Sample fresh brew.
Next, visit the former German Governor’s Residence, a grand 1905 Baroque building complete with pianos, silverware, and restored rooms. A taste of colonial elegance.
Explore the Taoist sacred Laoshan Mountains:
View the 36.9 m bronze statue of Laozi.
Hike along rivers and peaks, discover the “sea bonsai” landscape, Dragon Pool Waterfall, and Qinggong Temple.
Ride a cable car down amid coastal views.
Return to Qingdao, visit Xiaoyushan Park’s Langchaoge Pavilion for stunning views over Zhanqiao Pier and Badaguan.
Evening: stroll through May Fourth Square, enjoy seaside nightlife at Olympic Sailing Center, and relax at Lover’s Wharf Bar Street.
Drive to the Qichangcheng Great Wall—a 56 km earthen and stone wall dating to early dynasties. Hike and explore historic fortress ruins.
Return to Qingdao and wander through the Badaguan Scenic Area—an open-air museum of over 200 villas in varied European styles like Gothic and Greek-revival.
Optional summer extension: visit the Second Beach, relax on powdery sand, kayak, and watch the sun set over the sea.
Depending on your flight or train schedule, your driver will transfer you to the airport or station in advance and assist with check-in.
