Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return. Near the Lion Forest Garden and the Humble Administrator's Garden, there are some small art and craft shops. You can find hand - painted fans with beautiful Suzhou - style landscapes, silk scarves with traditional patterns, and small wooden carvings of lions (inspired by the Lion Forest Garden). Shantang Street is a treasure trove for souvenirs. There are many shops selling traditional Chinese handicrafts, such as porcelain, calligraphy works, and embroidered handkerchiefs. You can also find local specialty foods packaged as souvenirs, like Suzhou - style candied fruits and preserved plums. Just make sure to bargain a bit when shopping on Shantang Street to get a good price.

Of course! At the Lion Forest Garden, children can be encouraged to find different lion - shaped rocks and have a little "rock - hunting" game, which can make the visit more engaging. In the Humble Administrator's Garden, you can take them to the open areas near the ponds and let them observe the fish and ducks, which is always a hit with kids. Shantang Ancient Street offers many opportunities for interaction. There are small shops selling traditional toys and snacks that children will love. During the cruise, the Pingtan performance might be a bit difficult for very young children to understand, but the beautiful scenery along the way will keep them entertained. You can capture the reflection of the ancient pavilions on the calm water, especially during the early morning when the light is soft and there are fewer people around. The Winding Corridor is also a wonderful location. Its unique architectural structure and the way it meanders through the garden offer many interesting angles for photos. As for the best time of day, early morning is ideal as the light is golden and creates a warm and peaceful atmosphere. In the late afternoon, the setting sun can cast long shadows and add a dramatic effect to your shots. Avoid mid - day when the sunlight is harsh and can cause overexposure in your photos.
